Craig Beattie Takes Over as Managing Director at Hongkong Land Holdings

Industry Veteran to Lead Company's Singapore Operations

SINGAPORE, June 16, 2023

Hongkong Land Holdings, a leading real estate developer in Asia, has announced the appointment of Craig Beattie as Managing Director for Singapore. Beattie will assume his new role on August 1, 2023, replacing Simon Yan, who has held the position since 2015.

Beattie brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry to his new role. He previously served as Managing Director of CapitaLand Investment, where he oversaw the company's global investment portfolio across multiple asset classes. He also held senior management positions at Ascendas-Singbridge and JLL.

As Managing Director, Beattie will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hongkong Land's operations in Singapore, including development, investment, asset management, and leasing. He will also work closely with the company's partners and stakeholders to drive growth and create long-term value.

Beattie holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cambridge. He is also a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
